EDUCATION/ACCREDITATIONS:
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- 5- 7 years relevant experience
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- 5+ years of Java experience, with a strong understanding of JVM internals
- Experience of the Spring stack and experience in microservice development using Spring Boot
- Experience of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, or similar)
- Experience in designing and integrating with REST API endpoints
- Experience with RDBMS, demonstrable fluency in SQL
- Experience of Git, CI/CD toolset (Maven / Gradle), Jenkins, working within an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of system design and scalability
- Familiarity with application monitoring solutions and KPIs
- Strong understanding of clean coding practices
- Knowledge of the following would be a plus:
- Experience of messaging technologies (preferably Kafka)
- Azure (preferable) or AWS, Google Cloud
- Angular, React
NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Experience in collaborating efficiently within a global team
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment, and supportive of flexible goals aligned with business priorities
- Knowledge of capital markets products is a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Asset Liquidity and Funding Analytics team is looking to on-board strong Full Stack Developer to extend the strategic Liquidity and Funding platform at TD Securities. The team is in Toronto, Dublin and New York.
The ideal candidate would be a self-starting, motivated and high-performing individual who looks forward to being a strong contributor in a dynamic technology organization at a major bank. This complex role is on a team of highly talented technologists delivering solutions to the global markets business, providing front to back funding and liquidity metrics across a spectrum of capital market products.
The successful candidate will be responsible to design and deliver comprehensive end-to-end detailed solution with overall accountability for the technical design and delivery of the System Design Specification (SDS). You’ll be exposed to stretch assignments as you take on large-scale, complex and/or enterprise-wide projects. This is an opportunity to influence strategic technology solutions on the cutting edge.
