1. APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications to support real estate operations, including property listings, booking systems, and customer portals.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end applications.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in full-stack development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or PHP.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack application development.
• Proven track record of building and deploying web and mobile applications.
• Experience in real estate or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
