Description
We are looking for a Game Producer with 2–3 years of experience in mobile game development to lead cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, high-quality game delivery. The ideal candidate understands the full game lifecycle, from concept to live operations, and can balance creativity, timelines, and business goals. Key Responsibilities Own the production roadmap and delivery timelines for mobile games. Coordinate with design, art, development, QA, and marketing teams. Translate product vision into actionable plans, milestones, and sprints. Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers. Ensure timely releases and smooth live operations. Monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions for updates and features. Maintain clear documentation and reporting for stakeholders. Drive team communication and agile ceremonies. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in game production or project management in mobile games. Strong understanding of the mobile game development lifecycle. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp). Good knowledge of F2P models, monetization, and live ops. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Experience working on live mobile titles.
