Description:
MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline or a qualifying substitution in a technical or business discipline
- Acceptable substitution: Bachelor’s degree plus four (4) additional years of experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience; of those 10 years, five (5) must be in Logistics or Supply Chain Management with the DON or other DoD programs
- Solid coordination skills to work between the team and the customer
- Solid organization skills in order to manager daily operations
- Ability to multitask and oversee multiple departments or locations
- Solid planning skills for use of materials and human resources
- Ability to formulate policies in order to better guide the team
DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Certification of completion of the DPAS Warehouse Management training module
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Responsibilities:
- Acts as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort
- Serves as the primary interface and Point of Contact (POC) with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues
- Directs efforts of cross-competency teams(s) to include contractors at multiple locations
- Oversees contractor execution of the contract requirements and manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources, as well as controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements
- Briefs senior leadership on program status and milestones
- Interfaces with the COR, GPLs, and contractor support
- Acts responsible overall for required personnel safety and workplace training
