You’ll be responsible for crew coordination, on-site communication, quality, and performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Lead and manage commercial and industrial electrical construction projects Ensure all work meets code, contract specs, and project deadlinesAct as the primary on-site contact for assigned projectsDirect self-performed crews and subcontractors in the fieldCoordinate material orders and deliveries to stay on scheduleTrack project costs and identify cost-saving opportunitiesMaintain accurate documentation and submit required deliverablesEnforce safety protocols and support job site safety initiativesOversee quality control and ensure high standards of workmanshipCommunicate with stakeholders and escalate issues when neededSupport field reporting with accurate, timely updatesMentor and coach field teams on execution and best practiceFoster a collaborative and accountable team environmentAdapt quickly to changes in schedule, scope, or prioritiesQualificationsWhat You BringYou’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:Journeyman License with 5+ years of experience as a Foreman or Project LeadStrong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, codes, and construction methodsAbility to manage multiple projects, customers, and personnel simultaneouslyCritical thinking skills and the ability to make confident, project-minded decisionsIndependent, team-focused work style and a drive to mentor othersWillingness to travel extensively (up to 100%) with overnight stays as neededValid driver’s license and a history of safe, competent drivingAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkAdditional InformationPay Range We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.
