As a Restaurant General Manager, you are key to our business. You are responsible for managing the operation of the restaurant to the highest levels of Quality, Service, Cleanliness while delivering the agreed upon financial objectives. You will achieve sales goals, develop your employees, maintain employee retention, and ensure all systems are efficiently in place.
The General Manager is responsible for the restaurant operational execution and management of staff, controllable profit plan achievement, guest count growth, and sales building activities. Additional responsibilities include focus on employee selection, retention, continuous operational improvement and a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.
