Job Description
We have an exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity due to an internal secondment. The General Manager Legal & Risk is a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). As a member of the SLT they support the Deputy Chief Executive by working collaboratively with other members to support the delivery of the strategic priorities set by the Priory Board (PB) and cascaded into functional objectives.
The General Manager Legal & Risk incorporates the role of General Counsel with responsibility for the provision of senior independent legal advice to the organisation.
As the lead for Legal & Risk they are responsible for:
- Legal management
- Governance arrangements
- Risk & Assurance
- Privacy

- Current Practicing certificate
- A track record of working within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment

- Proven effective leadership and positive engagement across a range of functional area
