KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills with internal and external customers. Demonstrating genuine care, empathy, active listening, and building trust. Handling customer inquiries or problems in a timely manner, courteous, and effective manner, and greeting all customers promptly and professionally.
  • Time Management: Follow a checklist, prioritize tasks, eliminate distractions, establish a routine, delegate responsibilities, and use electronic calendars (e.g., Microsoft Outlook or Teams).
  • Sales Aptitude: Understand and present amenities, identify issues, offer solutions, and use needs-based selling techniques.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyze different solutions, efficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Point of Sales systems to complete, compile, and submit documents.
  • Self-motivated: Handling conflicts and the process forward. Ability to overcome obstacles.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all elements of property operations including leasing, marketing, customer relations, rent collection, maintenance, and financial reporting.
  • Meet with prospective customers to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about local areas.
  • Implement policies and procedures to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure a positive tenant experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that all safety and security requirements are met clean units, grounds, and common areas, change light bulbs, and make minor property repairs.
