JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the culinary arts, and a proven track record in restaurant management. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.
This is a live-in position.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices.
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and budgeting processes.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Experience in fine dining or casual dining settings is preferred; banquet experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining financial integrity.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
  • Culinary experience or formal training in hospitality management is advantageous.
