Assist clients with their healthcare-related questions and concerns in both German and English. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to relay customer feedback and improve services. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards in customer communications. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and changes within the healthcare industry to provide accurate information. Fluency in German and proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
