THE ROLE - ACCELERATE YOUR CAREER

We are looking for a business-minded German speaking lawyer with corporate law experience at a high level who can independently handle legal and contractual processes. The right candidate will be working with inter alia partnership deals, commercial contracts, corporate and company law, as well as real property and construction related aspects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Counsel and draft contracts related to German as well as international wind- and solar projects, including partnership and joint venture agreements as well as commercial contracts related to projects and the day-to-day business
• Advise our German team on legal and contractual aspects of the project development phase and the construction phase
• Conduct negotiations and handle legal processes and transactions
• Sparring with colleagues from the legal team and the other departments about specific project-related topics, including risk assessment and risk mitigation
• Develop innovative contractual and structural solutions to mitigate risk or solve problems
• Develop, build, and maintain relationships with the business and provide ongoing legal services to the business at a high level
