Description:
We are looking for you, if you:
- having 3+ years’ of experience managing change in banking CDD/KYC,
- have a demonstrated ability to influence, persuade and negotiate,
- have a fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility,
- have an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload and processing process deliverables in accordance to E2E planning timelines,
- are goal driven, creative problem solver, navigating effectively in a complex and variate process,
- have a demonstrated ability aligning and communicating with different level of stakeholders,
- work independently and have structured way of working, combined with flexibility and organizational skills; identify potential impediments and act accordingly,
- are strong collaborative team player, working within and across multiple virtual teams and in an international environment,
- have excellent proficiency with MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel,
- have an experience working with backlog management tools (Such as Azure, SNOW, Trello),
- English level (Written and Verbal): Fluent.

Your responsibilities:
- lead the E2E execution of Remediation/Lookback projects,
- provide clear and regular progress reports to Sr Change Leads and Remediation leadership members,
- manage relationships with remediation related roles (SME’s, BA, TLs), country local 1st and 2nd LoD and Global stakeholders,
- develop and maintain project documentation and reports,
- maintenance of the remediation portfolio regarding completeness and correctness for steering and reporting,
- facilitate the reduction of E2E Remediation process lead times.
Information about the team:
As part of the global remediation team the Portfolio Management Team (PMT) houses all change lead responsibilities by overseeing the entire remediation portfolio for reporting and strategic purposes. The Change Lead reports to the PMT Lead based in the Netherlands and is part of a multi country team.
At the PMT we follow the Agile approach, using flexible frameworks like Scrum and Kanban in our everyday work.
