Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Compensation and Benefits Strategy:
  • Governance and Transformation:
  • Navigate the transformation from monobrand to multibrand governance, balancing synergies and autonomy.
  • Address the varying maturity levels across brands,
  • Manage different business models, including retail and production and wholesale for other brands.
  • Policy Development and Implementation:
  • Establish a common compensation and benefits base (frame) for all brands.
  • Develop and implement living-wage policies, with a particular focus on retail sectors.
  • Oversee the development and maturation of C&B policies for all brands, including those currently lacking such frameworks
  • Incentive Plans:
  • Simplify and enhance the Corporate Incentive Plan.
  • Integrate Sales Incentive Plans specifically for the retail operations of L’Occitane en Provence.
  • Matrix Design and Job Grading:
  • Design new compensation matrices and job grading systems using the Mercer methodology.
  • Develop and implement compensation matrices on a global scale.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to ensure data-driven decisions and strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate closely with country, regional, and global leadership teams, including HR Community Brand and Business Units, HR Directors, and C&B Experts.
  • Engage with peers such as the Group Mobility & Benefits Manager, Group HRIS Data Analyst, Group HRIS Master Data Specialist, and Group Product Owner HRIS.
  • Work with IT (Squad HRIS) and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of C&B strategies.
  • Present and discuss compensation and benefits strategies with the Remuneration Committee (RemCo) and Board Members, while the Group C&B and HRIS Director leads frontline communications.
  • Community Engagement and Influence:
  • Foster a strong C&B community across all brands and business units, promoting collaboration and shared learning.
  • Act as a pedagogical leader, providing training and development to enhance C&B competencies across the organization.
  • Influence and drive engagement within the global C&B community, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
