The Digital Marketing & Sales Experience team develops network strategy for pwc.com, drives the innovation and investment roadmap technology for PwC’s MarTech stack. The Digital Product Senior Associate supports network users needs and business stakeholders to enhance the digital product offering. Acting as a subject matter expert on platform best practices, this role will support the Product Team to co-ordinate & plan releases by working the IT Team to implement the roadmap.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:

  • Understanding and application of UX, UI, and design thinking, Monitoring external UX trends and acting as a subject matter expert on website best practices.
  • Navigating complex problems and stakeholders, evaluating and prioritizing needs and creating actionable recommendations
  • Leveraging data and tools to understand user behavior and making actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrating advanced communication and project management skills, using tools such as Trello, JIRA or similar.
  • Understanding of Adobe AEM (or similar) and experience of managing multiple websites via a shared environment;
  • Working within the agile development process including requirements gathering, user stories, backlog planning, testing and deployment;
  • Identifying product requirements and future enhancements by working with stakeholders to support & develop product deliverables;
  • Navigating complex problems and stakeholders, evaluating and prioritizing needs and creating actionable recommendations;
  • Identifying opportunities to create best-in-class capabilities by leveraging stakeholder feedback and team knowledge/expertise in order to connect company strengths with available resources;
  • Following Model Agile principles by maintaining a groomed backlog and providing prioritization for backlog;
  • Leveraging data and tools to understand user behavior and making actionable recommendations.
