Your Responsibilities
Lockton are actively seeking a Client Executive to join the Global Marine division in London.

Qualifications

  • Experience with dealing with large global clients would be advantageous
  • Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with clients, Insurers and Associates.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with clients, insurers and other associates.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Proven problem solving skills, including the ability to resolve unusual and complex issues and then devise actionable solutions.
  • A thorough understanding of and adherence to Lockton standards and procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Building strong partnerships with your allocated portfolio of clients
  • Proactively track client renewal periods, premium payments and any losses
  • Analyse renewal information to prepare market submissions
  • Provide client feedback to contribute to client review meetings and renewal strategy
  • Prepare policy documentation including working with our Marine wordings expert for any bespoke clause wording
  • Support the claims team on any major losses
  • Identify and address client’s needs as their business grows and/or evolves
  • Provide insurance advisory support to clients in respect of their existing or new business
  • Participate in identifying and developing new business opportunities – by way of RFP processes, prospect meetings, early client advisory and insurance due diligence.
