To succeed in this position, you need to possess good communication and stakeholder management skills. The position encourage you to be self-driven and take initiatives within the supplier quality management area. You will get to use your profound analytical skills and sense of detail as you maneuver in a busy and international environment. You will have a large surface of contact and interaction with colleagues and stakeholders from various organizational levels and cultural backgrounds. Your qualifications:

• You hold a degree in Food Science, Dairy Science or similar relevant technical education
• You have experience within auditing preferably supplier audits
• You have experience working in the food manufacturing business, preferably in a quality function
• Knowledge of quality assurance, food safety and production would be ideal
• You are a competent user of IT systems
• Fluent in Danish and English

In the Supplier Quality Management group, you will take on the role of Global QEHS Specialist as responsible for auditing and approving new suppliers as well as reviewing performance of existing suppliers. Some of your more specific tasks with suppliers of ingredients, packaging material, warehousing and transport are:

• Perform supplier approval audits and continuous performance audits
• Perform supplier risk assessments
• Responsible for quality approval of raw materials in sourcing projects
• Support AFI colleagues on supplier related requests
• Support on supplier and customer complaints
• Ensure continuous quality and legal compliance for ingredients and packaging
• Participate in relevant Arla Foods Quality Networks
• Support crisis management
• Documentation and maintenance of master data in various systems e.g. SAP and PLM 3DX
• This is a Maternity cover. Starting ASAP until 01.06.2026
