Entry requirements To be eligible for our Human Resources graduate programme, you’ll need: Tohave, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree To be passionate about helping people to thrive, add value, and feel valued An affinity for building great relationships built on empathy and trust Great communication skills To enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team A deep sense of integrity The ability to organise and prioritise effectively Ready to apply?
