Description

As a Graphic Designer at Endy, you will contribute to the development and execution of brand visuals across digital and print platforms. You’ll work collaboratively with the marketing team to produce on-brand creative assets that drive engagement and conversion. This is an ideal role for a designer with a strong eye for composition, detail, and narrative who’s excited to grow in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to deliver visually compelling assets for campaigns, product launches, and evergreen content.
  • Design a variety of materials including digital ads, email graphics, social media content, landing pages, print collateral, and in-store signage.
  • Contribute to concept development, mood boarding, and ideation sessions.
  • Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a consistent visual identity.
  • Support senior designers and art directors with production design and asset resizing/adaptation.
  • Assist in preparing design files for print and digital production.Stay current on design trends, digital media best practices, and competitor visuals.

Who you are:

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a design studio, agency, or in-house brand team.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work, especially in branding, digital, and layout design.
  • Excellent sense of typography, composition, and color.
  • Basic understanding of production processes for both print and digital.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit, attention to detail, and openness to feedback.
  • Passion for design, storytelling, and building memorable customer experiences.
  • Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar tools).
  • Nice-to-haves include: Photography, illustration, or UI/UX knowledge.E-commerce or retail brand experience.
