Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper/Custodian to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of multiple local apartment communities. This role includes general cleaning, basic landscaping, trash removal, and minor maintenance tasks. Responsibilities: * Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, laundry rooms, and exterior grounds * Perform basic landscaping such as mowing, weeding, and blowing leaves * Remove trash and debris from around the property and dumpster areas * Assist with snow/ice removal in winter (if applicable) * Report maintenance needs or safety hazards to property manager * Support move-in/move-out cleaning and unit turnover tasks Requirements: * Previous experience in custodial or groundskeeping preferred * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Apply today to join a team that helps keep our communities clean, welcoming, and safe!
