Job Description

This is a strategic role designed to deliver both strategic HR advice and lead a team of senior HR Business Partners and Employment/Industrial Relations Managers. It will broker solutions & support from the CoEs and HR operational professional solutions.
The role is responsible for supporting Toll Global Logistics across Australia, with a headcount of 8,500 staff nationally and is part of the HR Leadership Team. It reports to the CHRO of Toll Group who is based in Singapore.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12 years minimum Human Resource generalist/OD/Business Partnering experience with emphasis on consultative HR service delivery with strategic focus.Knowledge of & skills in assessment, recruitment & development processes
  • Experience of working with both white collar and blue collar workforces
  • Strong formal presentation/facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge in employment law
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to make sound evidenced based decisions under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record in successfully delivering key HR initiatives.
