THE JOB IN A NUTSHELL

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen and unify our brand across all channels. You will lead a team in crafting compelling content, managing social media, and driving community engagement. Your role will be pivotal in aligning our marketing agenda with business objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and driving organic growth through effective strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of the Saudi market and cultural insights to tailor marketing efforts effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Integration: Develop and implement strategies to unify and strengthen our brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals.
  • Marketing Agenda & Calendar: Create and drive a comprehensive marketing calendar, aligning it with business goals and adapting to market trends.
  • Content & Creative Leadership: Oversee content creation in collaboration with designers and copywriters, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience engagement.
  • Social Media & Community Engagement: Manage social media strategies and community engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility and connection with the audience. Build and lead a team including a Social Media Manager and Brand Executive.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute impactful marketing events to promote the brand and engage stakeholders.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Team Development: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Cultural Awareness: Apply deep knowledge of Saudi culture to tailor marketing strategies and communications for local relevance.
