Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE:

As the Head of Growth Marketing at Hadrian, you will be pivotal in driving the company’s growth trajectory by building a robust pipeline for our sales team. Your role is central to scaling our demand generation efforts, enhancing inbound traffic, and optimizing lifecycle marketing to ensure that Hadrian remains at the forefront of the cybersecurity landscape. You will have the opportunity to shape and grow the function, leveraging a healthy marketing program budget and the freedom to establish innovative ways of working.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A HEAD OF GROWTH MARKETING AT HADRIAN:

  • Demand Generation: Drive qualified leads to our sales team through targeted outbound efforts, leveraging SDRs, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Inbound & Website Optimization: Boost traffic to Hadrian’s website via SEM, paid acquisition, SEO, social media, referrals, and other inbound channels, with a focus on converting visitors into qualified leads.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Nurture leads and users throughout the funnel, aiming to enhance lead quality, drive upgrades, expand revenue, and improve retention rates.
  • Ops & Analytics: Collaborate with GTMOps to manage tools and analytics, ensuring full-funnel growth and optimization across all marketing activities.
  • Leadership: Build and manage the demand generation team, overseeing demand generation, inbound marketing, and lifecycle functions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI across various channels, experiments, and investment opportunities.
