We are seeking a dedicated and relational leader to join our Senior Learning Community (SLC) as a Head of House. This role supports the Deputy Head of SLC – Pastoral in driving a professional improvement agenda and contributing to a shared educational vision focused on delivering quality learning outcomes for all students.
As Head of House, the successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the social, emotional, and spiritual needs of students. The candidate will lead behavioural processes, manage cultural events, and promote student voice, while setting high expectations for behaviour and attendance. Working collaboratively within a team of four Heads of House, you will ensure consistency and alignment across the SLC.
This is a full time, permanent position commencing Term 4, 2025 or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
