SATS is looking to hire an experienced Health, Safety, Security and Environment professional to lead the development, implementation and global administration of our HSSE reporting and management system.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the system is optimally configured to support global standards, reporting requirements, and continuous improvement in safety, security, environmental, and quality performance. You will collaborate across regional and functional teams to build a connected and data-rich system for reporting, investigations, audits, CAPA, compliance tracking, document control, and analytics.
You will need to be able to travel internationally at least quarterly, and maybe more frequently during project implementation phases.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree level qualification in Safety Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Aviation or related field
  • Significant level of experience in IT Management Systems - including deploying and managing digital safety systems
  • Proven ability to lead global system implementations and cross-regional coordination
  • Analytical mindset with experience in dashboards, data visualisation and business intelligence tools (such as Power BI & AI Development)
  • Familiarity with ISO 45001, ICAO SMS frameworks, and digital QMS best practices

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the global IT HSSE Management system, ensuring its configuration aligns with corporate and operational needs.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and analytics to monitor key HSSE indicators globally (e.g., LTIs, SiFs, DG events, vehicle incidents).
  • Oversee integration of audit management, non-conformance reporting, and CAPA tracking within PULSE
  • Develop and deliver training materials to ensure users at all levels understand and effectively use the system.
  • Regularly assess system performance and user feedback to drive enhancements
  • Continuously improving the IT HSSE Management system, to ensure best in class (i.e. Integration of AI & Data Intelligence)
