Overview: We are seeking an experienced global leader to drive Paid & Social Media within Group Function Marketing. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing & Channels, this role will establish the overall digital media strategy and center of excellence for Paid & Social media channels, aligning with business strategy and priorities.
THE SKILLS YOU BRING:
- Experience: Extensive experience in developing and implementing strategies for global digital channels, including social media. Proven ability to establish a center of excellence model for Paid & Social media channels.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing (media) channels, marketing tools, and best practices. Familiarity with emerging channels, technologies, and trends.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, excellent strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Proficiency in managing and developing MarTech tools for data collection and analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience delivering executive-level presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Shape a long-term media strategy that supports Ericsson’s Digital Marketing Strategy and transformation efforts, bringing thought leadership on emerging channels, technologies, and trends, including AI.
- Digital Ecosystem: Develop and implement best-in-class strategies for global owned, earned, and paid digital channels, creating a consistent, engaging, and impactful customer experience.
- Campaign Strategies: Develop and implement digital channel strategies to support marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives, including programmatic, SEM, display, social, OOH, media partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Social Media Management: Own social media channel strategy, editorial planning, community management, influencer marketing, and crisis management. Maintain direct relationships with global social media platforms like LinkedIn and X.
- Paid Media Management: Oversee Ericsson’s global paid media agency and channel strategy, ensuring effective AdOps and brand safety, leveraging cookieless solutions and embedding innovation.
- Search Marketing: Shape a global, integrated Search Marketing strategy, improving quality traffic and minimizing redundancy.
- Data and Analytics: Secure measurement and interpret data across digital media channels, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Resource Management: Prioritize and assign resources, manage budget for marketing activities, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Leadership: Lead, inspire, and grow a team of high-performing marketing talent, embedding a change-maker mindset that drives excellence and innovation.
