We are looking for a Head of People based in the Bay Area with at least 15 years of experience in human resources management and operations. The ideal person will have significant experience across most or all HR functions including recruiting, talent management, employer branding, operations, culture and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as Head of People/HR or other senior HR role
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation
- Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment etc.)
- Well-organized with excellent leadership qualities
- BS/BA in business, HR, social sciences or related field; MS/MA/MBA is preferred
- Experience with a global startup is highly desirable
- Certification (e.g. PHR/SPHR) is nice-to-have
Responsibilities:
- Own our overall people strategy and HR execution (recruitment, compensation, retention, recognition, training, etc.)
- Manage the existing global HR team (US, India, Netherlands)
- Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies
- Keep the team delighted
