MEADOWFIELDS CARE HOME – CARE ASSISTANT

  • Salary: £12.70 per hour
  • Hours: 36 hours per week (paid breaks) – bank shifts also available

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents to maintain and develop independence
  • Assist in planning care programs and contributing to reviews
  • Provide physical care (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, mobility)
  • Promote residents’ emotional wellbeing
  • Act as a keyworker for allocated residents
  • Accompany residents on outings, appointments, or hospital visits
  • Safeguard residents by reporting any concerns or incidents promptly
  • Uphold privacy, dignity and respect in all interactions
  • Attend training and meetings to continually improve care practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.70 per hour
