Key Responsibilities * Monitor and report daily HSE KPIs, incidents, near misses, and corrective actions. * Identify and address unsafe behaviors and conditions through plant inspections and Gemba walks. * Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and global HSE standards. * Lead safety investigations and implement preventive actions. * Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and external authorities on HSE matters. * Manage HSE budgets, Capex/Opex projects, and external consultants. * Drive safety culture initiatives, training, waste management, and sustainability reporting. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (preferred). * NEBOSH certification. * 5–7 years of HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing. * Strong knowledge of safety standards, legal compliance, and risk assessment. * Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.

Responsibilities
