KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED INCLUDES:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and pleasant telephone manner (good written/spoken English essential)
  • Strong IT capability with experience of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, must be able to multi-task
  • Capable of working on own initiative, with good organisational skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Filing and various other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organisation.

Responsibilities

Job Type: Part time
Duties include, but are not limited to.
· Answering phone calls from our cleaning operatives, field management and clients alike.
· Mailbox management between our Helpdesk and Payroll.
· Assist with the maintenance and launching of our Time and attendance system, looking at schedules, contracted hours, comparisons of such.
· Handling of personal details and new starter paperwork
· Weekend work support.
