REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High Knowledge of Responsible Service of Alcohol practices & venue licence.
• Knowledge of Funlab’s Core Values and Rules of Engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in a Funlab bar.
• Good communication skills both within the venue team and with Funlab Food & Beverage Team.
• Ability to train staff and adapt to different learning styles

• Ensuring all guests have the best experience when they come to enjoy our Food & Beverage Offering.
• Assist all team members in executing Bar service standards.
• Work with the Funlab F&B team, the Venue Management team and other venues Bar Supervisors.
• Ensure the Bar is always well presented and compliant.
• Assist with stock management
• Attend the monthly Bar Committee fully prepared, having reviewed the previous month’s minutes and actions required.
• Ensure the cleanliness & maintenance of the bar is a high priority for the team.
• Implementation of any company wide operational changes.
• Onboarding and ongoing training of all Motherfunners who work in the bar using Funlab’s training documentation and tools.
• Understanding of Bar products lines and offerings.
• Leads & motivates the bar team during peak shifts to assist with driving revenues, & driving the guest experience.
• Ensures the bar team is following RSA standards at all times and communicates concerns to the Manager on Duty.
• Assists with Managing bar team breaks in accordance with SMD.
• Motivates & drives Beverage promotions within the team to increase sales.
