Responsibilities:
- Grow Athena’s share of the residential mortgage market by contacting and converting prospective customers
- Understand customers’ financial goals and objectives and offer suitable lending solutions
- Deliver exceptional levels of service aligned to Athena’s passion for customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the application process
- Generate extra business by identifying further sales opportunities
- Prioritise leads considering customer timeframes and propensityResolve any issues quickly and effectively
