Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality? AmericInn by Wyndham Green Bay East is looking for an experienced and hands-on Assistant General Manager to join our team in Green Bay, WI! As our Assistant General Manager, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay while contributing to the overall success of our mid-scale hotel. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our dedicated team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee specific hotel departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Manage revenue strategies to maximize profitability and meet financial goals.
  • Champion guest satisfaction, addressing needs and ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
  • Lead and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and service throughout the hotel.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, preferably in a mid-scale property.
  • Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve effectively and make sound decisions.
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to jump in and assist where needed.
  • Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain one upon hire.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and adaptability skills.
