- supporting on learning initiatives initiated by HR business partners to address the leadership development needs locally, competency gaps, and sparring, by using standardised solutions
- performing the intake and investigation process of allegations, such as bullying and harassment, raised from both parties and preparing reports for review and outcome discussion with the head of People Infrastructure
- supporting and guiding implementation locally of the global policies where needed, and advising on any local law implications, while ensuring local compliance
- facilitating and advising on internal communication and training sessions to educate local leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- are able to analyse local situations, identify challenges, and provide impartial, timely solutions.
Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
