Description:
Firstly and most importantly! Let’s talk about working hours… this is a Part Time role anywhere between 25-30 hours per week (your choice)
FTE salary range for the role is circa £38,000 which then would be pro rata for part time hours (of course)
Now, what’s the job?
Standalone HR lead for an educational setting based in Oxford, surrounded by all the rich cultural history of colleges and universities. Beautiful!
This is a small (but growing!) organisation, so the job would best suit someone who has come from a similar environment, ideally in academia.
If you’re used to a generalist HR role where you have to wear a lot of different hats, and get stuck in to whatever the day throws at you, that’s a perfect fit!
Maybe you have been HR Advisor, HR Manager, HR Officer, or similar in your previous roles.
The team are just on the journey of setting up a HR system, implementing policy and procedure, and building out what the employee experience looks like.
You’ll take over the reins and carry on the good work that has already been started, helping the team grow in confidence and capability.
With generous holiday and pension on offer too, hopefully this has tempted you to find out more…apply today
