DP World are recruiting for a HR and Rewards Administrator . In this role you will provide professional support to the Total Rewards (TR) & People function including coordinating and improving administrative systems, processes and associated documentation as well as providing a departmental interface with internal and external customers. This role is based from our London HQ on Palace Street and offers hybrid working (with 3 days in the office).

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

  • CIPD Level 3 advantageous although previous HR administration experience is essential
  • Excellent administration skills including the use of Ms Office products
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Intermediate Excel skills are essential (pivot tables/look ups as a minimum)
  • Experience of HR databases and production of management information reports, with the ability to review and analyse data advantageous.Self starter with the ability to work under own initiative

Responsibilities
  • Assist the TR and HR team with data reporting, managing ad hoc queries and coordination of general functions that support the Europe Regional Head Office and the wider Europe Region.
  • Ensure that new starters, changes and leavers processes are followed up diligently and that all aspects of the processes are adhered to, working closely with the IT, Facilities, Payroll and Finance Departments.
  • Arrange and conduct new starter inductions and assist line managers with the new starter induction process.
  • To ensure all HR processes are implemented and completed in full compliance with Company policy and legislative requirements.
  • Maintain accurate absence data and support the HR team with managing absence in line with the Company’s Absence Policy and Procedure.
  • Maintenance of personnel files in line with GDPR.
  • Support the HR team with basic contractual change administration, general coordination of meetings and minute taking in ER cases.
  • Requesting probationary review forms from managers and raising concerns to the HRBP
  • Aid employees and managers with completing the performance review process in the HR system, ensuring goals are submitted and reviews completed.
  • Support site employee engagement and activities and help produce site newsletters
  • Assist in completion of reference letters for work travel visa requests.
  • Monitoring shared inboxes
  • Managing TR and HR invoice processes with raising Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders, adhering to procurement and finances processes.
  • Support with conducting job evaluations for new jobs, ensuring records of grades are kept up to date.Assist with benefits related administration and processes such as the annual enrolment window
