Rose Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality-focused HR Assistant.    Payrate: $21/hr Schedule: Part-time, Monday-Thursday (9am-3pm)   Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of the HR Assistant: * Manage the hiring process, including phone screens and documentation * Support HR functions such as onboarding paperwork, new hire coordination, and maintaining employee files * Assist with scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates * Help answer basic employee questions or direct them to appropriate resources * Assist the Business Office Manager and HR team with projects, reporting, and administrative tasks Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required * Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate professional who enjoys both hospitality and supporting a strong workplace culture, we’d love to meet you.
