Job Description
Status: Full-time, Exempt
Location: Split time between Chaska and Waconia, MN
Reports to: Sr VP of HR

JOB SUMMARY

As a strategic partner, the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) assists leadership in achieving alignment of our people and business objectives; advocates for overall organizational effectiveness; manages the talent acquisition and onboarding process; provides coaching and mentoring to employees and leadership; and, promotes our employee value proposition to enhance retention. The HRBP acts as a consultant to management on human resource related issues. This position is accountable to Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

  • Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
  • Strong consulting and interpersonal skills including, the ability to develop strong, trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results and to take initiative and identify client needs and make recommendations for implementation. Excellent verbal and written communications and human relation skills.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

  • 4-6 years’ progressive human resource experience or equivalent.
  • Expereince/knowledge of Health Care systems and care delivery preferred.
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field required.
  • Advanced degree or HR certification(s) preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, and Access; Paylocity or other HRIS
