Responsibilities:

The role of HR (Human Resource) Business Partner is to work in partnership with all divisions of the Company, including Acclaimed Workforce, Bayside Group, Balpara, NineWire and Corporate Services, to oversee the HR function.
As the HR Business Partner, you will develop and maintain key HR systems, including but not limited to attraction, onboarding, performance and development reviews, diversity and inclusion, reward and recognition, retention and succession planning. You will drive the learning and development function for leaders and employees, including development and maintenance of training programs and materials, monitoring and evaluation.
You will provide support to employees and managers on various people management issues, assist with performance management, internal recruitment and employee general grievances and mental health concerns.
You will work with senior leaders on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, including recruitment practices, company strategies and projects, and work closely with our Workplace Relations team to prevent and resolve issues, and mentor the Balpara Resource Consultant.
