Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage various human resources functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and supporting the overall mission and vision of the company. This role will also involve overseeing health and safety responsibilities to ensure a safe working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the manufacturing or recycling industry.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Experience with health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
