Description
Overview: Provide support for Human Resources management processes based on company policies, procedures, and values ​​to ensure employee integration and satisfaction. Job Description Provide support in recruitment and selection activities when the site does not have a dedicated Recruitment team. Prepare personnel files. Support the process of personnel access to the corresponding site. Provide an induction course on the company's history and philosophy to new employees. Complete documents for staff procedures (additions, terminations, and savings account modifications, savings fund loans, Infonavit and Fonacot discounts, etc.). Prepare files for information control to support decision-making by the HR Supervisor (HR, absenteeism, turnover, overtime, vacation, sick leave, etc.). Follow up with Operations Supervisors to validate the upload of timesheets to Kronos and ensure the HR Supervisor can confirm the approval of incidents to the payroll analyst. Capture incidents in an Excel file that are not processed through Kronos (special payments and prorations) for submission to the Human Resources Supervisor. Provide support to staff to clarify questions and address various payroll requirements. Receive and manage packages (checks, voucher cards, etc.) Deliver severance pay to staff on leave. Monitor the timely delivery of personnel services (transportation, food, uniforms, etc.). Maintain control and assignment of lockers. Submit documentation to the HR supervisor for processing with government institutions. Support the HR supervisor in the execution of organizational events. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree and/or Engineering in Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, or similar. Skills: Payroll Basics, Recruitment and Selection, Labor Relations. Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience: 2 years in Human Resources. Language Required: Basic/Intermediate English. Travel Availability: Yes, only if support is required at another location (10%).
