JOB SUMMARY

Sunrise Shares Holdings is seeking a skilled and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the company’s human resource functions. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in building a positive work environment and aligning HR initiatives with business goals, supporting the company’s growth.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and implement conflict resolution strategies.
  • Performance Management: Design and manage performance evaluation systems.Provide coaching and support to managers on performance improvement plans.
  • Learning and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.Support career growth initiatives and succession planning.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
  • Strategic HR Planning: Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve organizational performance.
  • HR Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, including leave management and employee engagement activities.Manage external HR service providers and vendors as needed.
