Reporting to the Cluster HR Manager, the Diamond Coast Hotel is looking for an HR Officer to join their team on a full basis.

REQUIREMENTS
Educated to degree level in HR, Business or related field, or relevant experience
Previous HR administration experience
Familiar with human resource policies and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
Well organized with good attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Support the HR Cluster Manager with recruitment including candidate screening, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, issuing contracts of employment, creating and maintaining soft copy employee files, and setting up and administering employee records
Conduct induction training of new employees by providing Induction information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering other payroll information
Monitor training records to ensure compliance with regard to staff training for manual handling, HACCP, health and safety etc.
Provide administrative support on HR projects and initiatives as required.
Ensure queries to the HR mailbox are addressed and/or escalated in a timely manner
Support the full employee on-boarding and off-boarding experiences for new joiners and leavers
Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from staff
