As part of this initiative, we are seeking an experienced HR Workstream Lead to oversee all human resources activities related to the plant launch. This high-impact role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated success leading HR workstreams for large-scale capital projects or plant launches.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, workforce compliance, and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive clarity across cross-functional teams.
