Your opportunity:
As an HR Specialist focusing on International Mobility and Data Privacy, you will have the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in both areas. We are looking for someone eager to lead the development and oversight of both international and internal mobility process, shaping and enhancing how we work, and ensuring smooth mobility of talents.

Who you will work with:
You will report to the Group Manager Compensation & Benefits and work closely with other HR departments to facilitate employee transitions and to ensure a consistent approach across the group. In Data Privacy questions you collaborate with Data Privacy Officer and a network of local data champions. As part of a group function, your role will have broad influence, collaborating with colleagues from various countries and departments to ensure a seamless approach to mobility and data privacy.
What you will do:
- Oversee the mobility process, ensuring effective procedures and long-term planning
- Ensure compliance with company standards and provide support and expertise on mobility questions to HR business partners
- Offer guidance on preparations, agreements and coordination with external providers
- Provide knowledge and training to HR on data privacy matters
- Communicate data privacy topics to internal and external stakeholders
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in international mobility, relocation, HR, labor law or a related field
- Interest in Data Privacy and GDPR
- Ability to adapt and deliver within new areas of responsibility
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to relocation and immigration
Why work with us:
At Boliden, we believe in creating a workplace where care, courage, and responsibility guide everything we do. We provide a supportive and collaborative environment where your work will directly influence how we manage international mobility and data privacy. If you are passionate about making a difference for people and processes and are ready to take on a role that offers both challenge and growth, we would like to hear from you.
