We are looking for an HR Specialist to support our IT Hub in Porto!

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum experience of 2 years.
  • Knowledge in all HR disciplines including employment legislation
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment, ideally in a company with over 100 employees.
  • Excellent communication Skills (Verbal + Written)
  • Attention to detail + Accuracy
  • Problem solving + HR Customer Service mentality

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As HR specialist you will be able to support all the activities of employee life cycle. You will take an important role to contribute to organizational development and to improve our people experience.You will act as the HR Specialist and execute all admin and operational people task, supporting HR Team to drive efficient and effective HR services, policies and programs. The aim of the position is to support HR areas and projects including, but not limited to, onboarding and offboarding, employment changes, vacations, wellbeing and company benefits, training and development, culture.Daily tasks are expected to be performed by maintaining high confidentiality of personnel data.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete core admin and HR operational tasks (PDM, Social Securityr, BGV, Health Insurance, Labour Insurance);
  • Support the Profetional internships management with local autorities;
  • Complete all mandatory surveys from local autorities related with HR;
  • Support local recruitment activities and participate actively on the Pré Onboarding and Onboarding process of new employees;
  • Ensure that all HR Information systems are updated and maintained;
  • Ensure that employment contracts & HR documentation and employees P-files (hard and soft copy) are updated;
  • Manage employee’s attendance / timekeeping and support the payroll process and other Comp & Ben initiatives;
  • Work in close cooperation with HR BP and People + Organization Development Team supporting learning + development activities;
  • Support the HR Business Partner to execute, performance management or disciplinary issues in accordance with KN guidelines, local regulations and labor law requirements;
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment practices, policies and legislation;
  • Active participation on implementation of HR initiatives/events that promote a better employee experience, and that support the growth of high-performing teams, reinforcing our values and culture;
