Responsibilities:

  • Recognize business need, engage, and collaborate with the business when new projects or requests are made.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to gather information, process definition, communication plans, change management and roll-out plans.
  • Creatively bring ideas to life, design and develop appropriate content for the selected delivery method
  • Advanced research and data analysis skills and a demonstrated ability to draw associated insights and make effective recommendations
  • Gather feedback to ensure the evolution of programs and tools meet evolving business needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues as required
