JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR team is responsible for a wide range of activities related to employee onboarding, maintaining employee files, and supporting HR processes. The HR Associate will assist with document management, ensure employee records are accurate and up-to-date, and help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to various HR tasks and responsibilities, providing hands-on experience in understanding and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
EDUCATION
- Recent graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing employee documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with company policies.
- Support the onboarding process by organizing paperwork, preparing new hire packets, and updating employee files.
- Help manage the fulfillment queue in the case management tool for HR requests (e.g., document processing, report requests, and relocation forms).
- Participate in various HR projects as they arise, providing administrative support.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and suggest improvements in workflow and processes.
- Serve as a back-up for other tasks within the HR support team as needed.
- Open, sort, and distribute HR-related mail and correspondence.
