Description:

  • The Human Resource Manager Lead will oversee and lead the HR department, ensuring that all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • This role involves implementing HR policies, managing a team of HR professionals, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and productivity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Must have 3-7 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Support managers in setting performance goals and providing constructive feedback.
  • Implement strategies for employee development.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
  • Conduct regular salary reviews and benchmarking.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Ensure the organization complies with all local, state, and federal HR regulations.
  • Stay updated on legal changes and advise management accordingly.

HR Data Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of HR records and databases.

  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
