Description:

One of Queensland’s major coal operators is offering a great contract opportunity for a HR Analyst!

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

  • Provide execution support in governance of HR data maintained in the organisations HR Systems, including uplift in data integrity through accurate and timely master data processing
  • Execute critical HR projects that form part of the HR Services Minerals Australia pipeline, including project scoping, change management, implementation and conducting lessons learnt
  • Support major restructures, including Organisational Structure changes, bulk people movement/people data submissions.
  • Govern and validate the HR data maintained within the organisation HR systems and their supporting functions.
  • Engage stakeholders to address challenging or complex topics and collaborate with stakeholders to arrive at a resolution.
  • Always consider risks (operational, strategic, reporting/financial and compliance) when making decisions and participate in lessons learnt and root cause analysis.
