1. Possess six (6) months of work experience in a human resources profession which demonstrates the capability to perform a variety of recruitment and staffing,
2. Possess experience utilizing an automated recruitment and staffing system (i.e. USA Staffing, Avue, Resumix, PeopleSoft, etc.)
3. Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
4. Ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems.

Highly Preferred: In addition to the qualifications listed above, applicants will possess prior work experience in a NAF Human Resources Office in a recruitment and placement capacity.
Applicants that meet Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first. All others may be referred if management does not make a selection from the Highly Preferred list

Responsibilities:
DUTIES
- Performs a wide variety of technical support, focused primarily in the areas of recruitment and staffing.
- Coordinates with management officials to recruit for position vacancies.
- Extends job offers, conducts pre-employment screenings and assists selectees during pre-employment processes.
- Uses automated systems to track requests for personnel actions and continually updates status of assigned personnel actions.
- Coordinates entrance on duty dates once pre-employment requirements are met, prepares new hire paperwork and provides new employee orientation briefings.
